How do I get started?
The best way to get started is to book a free consultation. During this call, we'll discuss your goals, assess your current situation, and determine which program is the best fit for you. There's no pressure and no commitment required.
What's included in the free consultation?
The free consultation is a 30-minute video call where we discuss your fitness goals, training history, current lifestyle, and any challenges you're facing. You'll get honest feedback about what it takes to reach your goals and a clear recommendation on the best path forward.
Do I need to be in good shape to start?
Absolutely not. We work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every program is customized to your current abilities and progressively builds from there. Meeting you where you are is the foundation of our approach.
Programs & Coaching
What's the difference between training plans and private coaching?
Training Plans are pre-designed programs that provide structure and guidance. They're perfect if you're self-motivated and just need expert programming.
Private Coaching includes everything in the training plans PLUS weekly check-ins, real-time program adjustments, direct messaging access, nutrition guidance, and personalized accountability. It's a true partnership focused on your transformation.
How are the programs delivered?
All programs are delivered through a dedicated training app. You'll have access to your workouts, video demonstrations, progress tracking, and direct communication with your coach all in one place. It works on any smartphone or computer.
Can you work with my schedule?
Yes. Whether you can train 2 days or 6 days per week, we design your program around your real life. We also account for travel, work demands, and family obligations. The program adapts to you, not the other way around.
Do I need a gym membership?
It depends on your goals. We can create effective programs for home gyms with minimal equipment, but having access to a full gym provides more options. During your consultation, we'll discuss your setup and design a program that works with what you have.
Results & Expectations
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in energy, sleep, and workout performance within the first 2-3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically become apparent around weeks 4-6. Significant transformations happen over 12+ weeks of consistent effort. We focus on sustainable progress, not quick fixes.
What if I've tried other programs and failed?
That's actually very common among our most successful clients. The difference here is the level of personalization and accountability. Generic programs fail because they don't adapt to your life. Our approach is built around understanding why previous attempts didn't work and designing a system that does.
Pricing & Commitment
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and offer monthly billing for coaching programs. Training plans are one-time purchases. Check our Services page for current pricing on all programs.
Is there a minimum commitment?
For private coaching, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see meaningful results, but there are no long-term contracts. Training plans are one-time purchases with no ongoing commitment. We believe in earning your continued business through results.
What's the refund policy?
We stand behind our programs. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll work with you to make it right or offer a full refund. Our goal is your success, and we're committed to getting you there.
